Search Warrant, A number of Arrests In Steuben County
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard experiences that on December 21, 2022, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Workplace SWAT crew executed a Search Warrant at 234 Charles Avenue, Painted Submit, New York. Investigators of the Sheriff’s Workplace, Village of Bathtub Police Division and Metropolis of Corning Police Division carried out an investigation into the reported gross sales of narcotics on the Charles Avenue location over the previous three months. Suspected methamphetamine, money, two rifles and two shotguns have been recovered within the search. Arrested through the search have been:
Joseph M. Valley, age 53, of Charles Avenue, Painted Submit, New York. Mr. Valley was arrested on two Superior Courtroom Indictment Warrants. Mr. Valley was charged with three counts of Felony Possession of a Managed Substance within the Third Diploma and three counts of Felony Sale of a Managed Substance within the Third Diploma. All six counts are class B Felonies. Mr. Valley was arraigned in Steuben County Courtroom and launched.
Tonia L. Irish, age 49, of Corning, New York. Ms. Irish was charged with Felony Possession of a Managed Substance within the Seventh Diploma. Ms. Irish was launched on an look ticket to seem within the City of Erwin Courtroom.
David E. Wilkins, age 36, of Corning, New York. Mr. Wilkins was charged with Felony Possession of a Managed Substance within the Seventh Diploma. Mr. Wilkins was launched on an look ticket to seem within the City of Erwin Courtroom.
